JYU is also the main architect of the approach based on both long ongoing collaboration with Ukrainian HEIs in study and research issues and on scientific findings that lead to the technological tools. JYUs IT faculty that will host the project has a strong Ukrainian team that is essential in designing the EU-trainings to provide maximal added value for Ukrainian delegates. JYU project team also has relevant experience from previous projects for smooth management of the project.

Technical University of Kosice will have the role of partner of the project and brings to the project a model of an modern East-European university that has transformed itself to international standards (up to ISO 9000 accreditation). Its profile as technical university with strong knowledge-triangle culture fits to needs of Ukraine and the partner universities. In addition TUKE brings strong expertise in telecommunication and e-learning that will promote the dissemination and sustainability. TUKE will also be main responsible for project internal quality control.

UC and its Faculty of Science and Technology has strong international links and very international campus. It will arrange and support Ukrainian experts study and share its experience in quality assurance, influence of external sources and contexts to quality indicators. UC has strong expertise in semantic modeling of processes, including quality assurance processes and it will lead portal based development of QA processes and their governance and business models. UC and its IPN provide also practices and indicators related to innovations, technology management and industrial relations.

ENQA specialists will review the main outcomes and participate in the planning and quality control of the project. KNURE will have main responsibility in development, formalizing (as an international QA ontology) and documenting of the new triangle-based context-aware approach to the National QAS. Due to its impressive experience in modern innovative information technologies the project team from KNURE will play the key-role of the main developer of the new ontology-based QA framework and platform. KNURE will participate in new technologies piloting and introduction, elaboration of new QA procedures/practices for universities across Ukraine, QA authorities and stakeholders, training of the Universities key-personnel, Ministry experts and education policy-makers and preparation of manuals and recommendations. It will take part in dissemination of project results and provide sustainability and project quality control.
Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (CHNU)

CHNU has a strong base to cover "research" dimension of triangle and to provide including of the official sources of international scientific citation indices mediated by Web-services. CHNU will also take part in the approbation and dissemination of the projects results. UCU represents Western region of Ukraine and private sector of HE. Due to the rich experience in coordination of the numerous national and international students events as well as democratic and advanced university philosophy and spirit UCU was chosen to cover the student context of the project. UCU will play a role of a leader for project activities intending to develop, implement and disseminate the scheme enhancing participation of students in QA (following last spring Bologna declarations). UCU project staff will study the best practices of EU consortium member universities in order to strengthen and enlarge its experience and will provide trainings for Ukrainian students on open-mindness and total independency of HEI administration pressure that will guarantee unbiased evaluations performed by them.
National Academy of Managing Personnel of Culture and Art (NAMPCA)

NAMPCA will take part in the development of the new approach to the Ukrainian QAS and provide expertise in bibliographic issues for the development of relevant parts of QA ontology. It will collect and introduce information about its resources at the knowledge-triangle-driven proactive Ontology-based Portal taking part in the pilot approbation of the new technology as a nontechnical HEI pertaining to the humanities. It will develop decision making schemas for management process of HEI and provide the trainings of the Universities key-personnel, Ministry experts and education policy-makers. Due to its expertise NAMPCA will have a leading role in development and provision of the measures aimed to introduce the culture of the transparent and visible quality assurance for wide society. It will coordinate the dissemination of project results through its Ukrainian-wide branches and national exposition halls, provide sustainability and project quality control.

MESU will play the role of Quality Assurance national expert. The main task of MESU in the project will be to supervise the development and documenting of the overall architecture for the Ukrainian QAS based on knowledge triangle. Governmental key-officials from MESU will study EU experience on quality assurance system, quality criteria and knowledge-triangle culture and analyse European and national trends, priorities and cultures in HE QA. MESU will take big part in the approval of procedures/processes of new QAS and its components. To give official national status to the new QAS MESU will develop and issue a Decree on adoption of the new approach and solutions; will officially introduce project outcomes to HEIs of Ukraine and others concerned . Experts from MESU will hold training seminars on the new QAS. MESU will disseminate project results, provide sustainability and project quality control.
